About the collection

The architectural trend today is for houses and apartments to feature open plan layouts, making the interior design all the more challenging, as the colours, materials and patterns have to follow through from room to room, creating a unified whole from the dining area to the living space. With this in mind, Sofie Sjöström has put together a textile collection aimed at simplifying the process when choosing curtains, tablecloths, tablemats, cushions and armchairs. The collection features six different designs and colour combinations that harmonise with each other.
The products really come into their own when used in combination with each other and will, initially, keep to the same green colour palette. The patterns are bolder, both in colour and design, and are intended to bring a touch of joy and energy to our everyday lives with their different designs.

About Sofie Sjöström, the designer

Sofie Sjöström is a qualified industrial designer and has been running her company, Futur industridesign AB, since 1997. She hopes, in the near future, to be able to extend the collection, to offer a wider range of materials, patterns and colours.
